Good morning, I left a message earlier this morning (understand you don't open until 0900 local) about my order (#10286). I just wanted to send you more detail and pics. First, I really appreciate how quickly you turned the order and around and shipped it. This is my 3rd order from your shop and I love your work, but there are 2 issues: 1. The case is cracked. My complaint however is that I sent my order yesterday morning well before 12:00 Pacific Time and on your website it specifically says, and I quote “Express Mail orders received by Noon Pacific Time are shipped the same day unless we are out of stock (Rare).” I specifically ordered this from your company because it said that I would be able to receive it by 12:00 today. I spoke to one of you representatives earlier today to see what the status was and was informed that it had not been shipped yet and would be shipped today. Geoff, Please find the attached text for our desired plaque. We would like a plain brass plaque with black printing. I have no specific size for you, although 5.5x4.25 looks like it will work. If you can get it any smaller without jeopardizing the legibility of the text that would be even better. Shape is irrelevant; just cut it to fit as tight as possible. I'll trust your judgement. I received my order on time and was very pleased with
how everything turned out - with one exception. The
ceramic mug has a crack in it that runs all the way up
the side from top to bottom. I noticed the crack the
first (and only) time I used it when I saw coffee
seeping out of the side. What needs to be done to
